Hello crafty friend! Today, in sharing a beautiful family layout. Have you seen the new Bella Blvd collection? They are gorgeous, and today I'm sharing a layout using "Love Grows Here". If you are a Bella Blvd fan, you know their collections always feature a happy and pretty color palette along with cute designs, and the Love Grows Here collection is no exception. You can find flowers, houses, cars, trees, hearts, and more to document your everyday memories, as well as special events. It's a perfect collection you can use all year round!
For this layout, I was inspired by the "Family Fun" title, since we enjoy being at home, having fun playing, and creating memories together. To match the title, I chose three photos of us playing a board game. To enhance the photos in the layout, I mat them using patterned papers. In the middle, I position the bigger mat with a colored striped paper and the smaller pictures on the sides with a yellow patterned paper.
In the background, I added a strip of pink hearts patterned paper. Above it, I used a thin strip of the colored stripes paper and a navy scalloped border sticker. Since I'm a paper lover, I added two tags to the upper edge of the layout. The floral tag is from the stickers, while the orange tag was cut from patterned papers. To embellish them, I added a strip of contrasting patterned paper, a hole reinforcer, and pink/white twine.
On the lower edge of the layout, I added a strip of the clear-cut printed acetate. Then, I created a cluster using die cuts from the ephemera icons, the puffy stickers, and a Bella Pops house. I love how cute they are together!
For the title, I used two die cuts from the Ephemera Words. To anchor them, I cut a green half circle from a paper and hand-stitched a border around it using white embroidery thread. Both words have foam tape behind for dimension. Below "Family", I added an orange scalloped border to anchor the word and make it more interesting. This border was cut from patterned paper using a border punch.
Once the layout was almost ready, I used a few tiny details to make the layout more interesting, like the clouds, hearts, and labels.
Finally, I used a mix of flowers to embellish the corner of the big photo. There you can find die cuts, chipboards, Bella Pops, and epoxy stickers. Behind the teal flower, you can find two gingham leaves I cut from the Bella Besties 6x6 Gingham/Stripes Paper Pad.
Thank you for your visit. I hope you like this layout, and it inspires you to craft. Please, come back soon for more inspiration!
