Hello! Last year, my daughter's end-of-class party was summer themed. She was supposed to be dressed in summer clothes, but she is a fashionista and chose that outfit. Her sweet and lovely teacher took photos of her in the classroom, where she decorated a wall as a beach. She made some balloon columns and other stuff that looked pretty but too busy, but I reduced the photo to use three in this layout and made them the center of attention. Now, let's stop talking about that day and let's talk about how I made this layout.
Beautiful Layout
Hi! Last month, the Spring issue of Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine was released and this layout I'm sharing with you was published on page 72. It is a very delicate and sweet layout I made for my youngest daughter using a precision knife and a few embellishments, so let's talk about how I made it!
Happy Summer Days Layout
Hello friends! I'm very happy to share a fun and colorful layout with you today. I made this layout using Simple Stories Retro Summer collection which matches perfectly with these photos of my daughter playing in the pool. This layout has lots of details to give it this summery look. Now, let's talk about how I made this page and if you want to watch me creating it, don't miss the process video at the end of this post.
Lovely Day Layout
Hello friends! I'm here to share with you an elegant and sweet layout using the beautiful Simple Vintage Berry Fields collection by Simple Stories. I love scrapbooking my daughter's photos and when I saw this collection, I remembered these pictures of my daughter dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, for a photo session of her second birthday. It was a lovely and fun day that she enjoyed, and what better way to document it than using this gorgeous collection to create a layout with a little bit of mixed media and lots of textures and layers. Now, I invite you to stay with me during this post to learn how I made this layout, and if want to see the process video, jump to the end of this post to watch it!
Say Cheese Layout
Hello! I love going to Disney with my family and then scrapbooking the photos of those memories. Today I'm sharing with you a layout I made from our 2022 visit. This time, I was inspired by a sketch designed by Allison Davis for the Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine. I love how colorful this layout is and how it says "Disney" everywhere. The original sketch was a sunburst, perfect for a summer layout. When I saw it though, this idea came to my mind, so I executed it and I'm in love with the result. Now, let's talk about how I made this page.
Smile, Choose Joy Layout
Hello crafty friend! Recently, my daughter had her Senior Class's photos and since we were there, we seized the opportunity to take a few photos of her with her friends and a few family photos. For this layout, I used one of those photos to remember that special moment. To create this layout, I used the gorgeous My Story collection by Simple Stories. It is a beautiful layout, with lots of textures and dimension; just like I love them! If you want to know how I made it, stay with me during this post and don't forget to check the video at the end.
Authentic Layout
Hello crafty friends! Rebeca here today to share with you a layout I made with the amazing Flea Market collection by Simple Stories. I have two daughters, and this collection is perfect to scrapbook photos of them. The colors in Flea Market are happy and bright, and the designs are very varied which makes it a must have for paper crafters! In this layout, I used photos of my daughter who is always making faces. I have to take at least 20 photos to choose maybe two or three, but that day I was in luck, and I chose three photos to make this beautiful layout. So, let me tell you how I made it and, if you prefer to watch the process video, you can find it at the end of this post.
