Merry Christmas Mini Album with Video

 Hi!

How are you? I'm happy to share with you a Christmas mini album I finished for Miss Kate Designs. I made this cute mini album using the gorgeous Festive Christmas Collection. In the kit you get 18 double sided 12" x 12" patterned papers,  cover sheet that have patterned paper printed in the back and the 8" x 12" sticker sheet. Also, I used the die cut from Festive Christmas and Santa. Those products are gorgeous, the colors are bright and happy and the designs are so cute! You can see the album in the next photos and I prepared a flip through video you can find at the end of this post. If you want to buy those products, use my affiliate link, also available in margin of the blog, and use code: rebeca10 to get 10% discount in orders of $45 or more which also qualifies for free shipping!

I'm a photoholic, I love taking photos of everything, and in Christmas I go crazy photographing everything. Then, it's hard for me to choose only a few pictures, because I want to print them all since each one brings nice memories. In 2017 I ordered some prints in Shutterfly and I selected the option of having a white border around the photo, with the idea of not having to mat them in my projects with white cardstock. Sadly, they came with an error, and the almost 750 prints I ordered came with a white border in only three sides of the photos, I contacted them and they offered to print them again and send them back to me. Unfortunately they came with the same error. This means, I have all photos twice, around 1600 photos in total and I can't throw them away. They are not full 4" x 6" photos because of the borders, but I can cut them and use in my projects. I already had two different mini albums with practically the same photos, but thinking positively, now each of my daughters can have one, and I have less printed photos from that order.

Getting back to the album, it measures 7" x 9" when closed, the spine measures 2 1/2" and it hold 50 photos. I used one paper kit and still have some nice pieces to create something, but I used practically all the die cuts and stickers from Festive Christmas and a lot of the Santa die cuts. You can find a lot of interactive elements in this album, I created flip pages, a shaker, pocket pages, an accordion, a cascade display and lots of cute embellishments to make it interesting and happy! I love how it turned out although we live in Puerto Rico, a Caribbean Island, which means no snow and an eternal Summer. I managed to use them and celebrate Christmas again every time we see this album.
